  : Hotel was clean
  : Overcharged for room. Booking.com would not help. Staff were rude. Breakfast was poor. Lights in landing and stairs not working, very dangerous. Booked a quadruple room with view over the square. Were given tiny room overlooking car park and above the kitchens. we were told two people do not need a quadruple room, why were we given the option to book it in the first place. Staff were dismissive and downright rude, not just to us but lots of other guests as well. Hotel Royal told booking.com we never stayed there despite having an invoice from them. Booking.com were no help at all.

  : Staff this time was kind - lady with long brown/orange hair managed well an issue with the room. A blond one (around 45) at reception is really not welcoming, not smiling and at a some point rude.Easy parkingGood positionCleanliness (even if they do not clean up every day).
  : Breakfast: room is dark, breakfast is poor, tables are huge and few. Coffee absent.Rooms: if you receive a modern room, it is okay. But they do not provide a haidryer.If you receive an old style room, furnitures are really old and not pleasant to see. Water is cold.In conclusion 4 star hotel is another thing.

  : Great location. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Room was very clean
  : The spring mattress on the bed wasnt as comfortable as I would expect in 4 star hotel. The room temperature was very low because the radiator didnt work. After complaining to the staff I have been told that they still didnt turn the heating on and they will probably do in the coming days because few people complained that day. I felt warm enough in the bed but very cold in the bathroom and anytime outside the bed.

  : Nice little hotel right on the main square. We parked right in front of the building, since it is free parking every weekend after noon on Saturday. Very fancy room decor, felt almost like a castle. Really liked the furniture and overall style. The bathtub was certainly welcome after a long day. Great breakfast the next morning, with excellent selection of tasty food.
  : The beds didn't feel nearly as comfortable as they looked and the TV on the side of the bed doesn't really make much sense. Bathroom fixtures could use a bit of attention where connections to the wall are. The friendly receptionist tried her best in the morning to keep everyone happy, but there were no other staff. Since she she was completely alone to handle the reception and breakfast (and possibly other stuff), after five minutes of waiting for checkout, we left the door card and departed.
