Disappointing

  : The apartment furniture was not bad with equipped kitchen but laking basic things like slippers and toaster. outside scenery was beautiful.
  : The location was a disappointment because many wrote it was excellent but in fact it was far away from anything and the road was dangerous and it was really hard to find. what made even a bad experience the miss handling of the Apartment for Holiday office. After a very hard time, when we reached the place they were closed and we called the emergency number but no one replied. One of the house keepers volunteered to go with us in our car to the office and we had to wait until they opened and someone called Max was even worse in his response and said to me you should have manners. After that we went back to the apartment really disappointed for our wasted time and money.

  : I confirmed a crib would be set up and it wasnt when we arrived. It was after hours so no one could tell us where it was. They claimed to have laundry facilities but it wasnt working. We tried to contact someone for 2 hours. Someone was finally there 10min before check out to fix it so we couldnt do laundry. Their automated system to talk to someone after check-in is not monitored.
