  : The room is very spacious and clean with lots of storage. Amenities are great considering the price point. Amazing value for money. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, including a popular restaurant right across the street.
  : No sheer curtains (so either no privacy or completely dark room)

  : For the price, the Inn provided everything one could hope for - a reasonably nice, clean room with a large bed, and all the "essential" amenities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The location is good for exploring Chincoteague and Assateague. The night was quiet.
  : No breakfast offered - but none expected at that price. No window that could be opened.

Disappointing

  : Had requested room in back away from people as I was in dire need of sleep and R&R as I recently lost my husband and am an outdoor smoker. Wasnt expecting vehicles stacking up outside of room to block any kind view, not to mention all the stomping from room above, which also adds a creaking sound in ceiling as if they are going to come through or all the various doors slamming and banging all hours of the night. The front of the hotel didnt have hardly as many customers as were stacked up on the backside each day. I had left the island a few hours earlier than planned as again awakened super early. Needless to say, returning to the island next year, I will more than likely rent a house. Extremely disappointed.

  : The staff was extremely helpful. We had a small plumbing issue but the staff quickly addressed it and was above and beyond attentive. The room was an excellent size and perfect for our needs and there was plenty excellent food within walking distance.
