: The staff could careless if they screw you over or not. Even if its their mistake they do nothing to even say sorry or even try to fix it
: The staff.Referencing the above they completely ignore you whens theres an issue but super quick to take your money. They should be banned from every Online travel Agency. I was stranded up until 4 am bc they waited until 15 min before midnight to tell me oh sorry we cant accommodate you even though she literally was about to charge my card.

: Location was nice, seemed like a pleasant safe neighborhood. Cute property. Space and amenities were ok.
: Could have mentioned the lack or noise privacy, could hear everything all the neighbors said and did, could have been warned of the cockroaches, could invest in blinds that actually give you privacy and block light. If you dont want the neighbors and neighborhood seeing in even when the blinds are down and closed (they only have cheap 80's plastic blinds that dont close all the way and are totally ganked up) and if you dont want the sunlight blinding you in the bed room at 5am than choose another location. Bathroom is in need of serious repair and upgrade.

: Location was fine, good dining, bars & shopping in the area
: There were countless problems with this stay, starting with a completely & unnecessarily complicated check-in process, pretty sure the facility was not cleaned before I arrived, mold was in the coffee filter, and new sheets laid on the bed to be put on, obviously suggesting that the ones on the bed had not been changed. Also ended up taking another 45 minutes to help a couple traveling from abroad to get booked into their place.. no idea how long those folks would have had to wait if I were not there. Customer service was very cheerful and tried to help, but this is one of the worst run stays I've ever been in, and represents a perfect example of the continuing race to the bottom by many of these nameless management run facilities, whose sole focus is on making money and cutting costs at every turn - pretty infuriating.
