  : Very attentive staff. We had a problem with noise one night and the receptionist (I think his name is Neil) immediately offered us moving in a different room which turned out to be really way better… thank you very much again for such a smooth and prompt answer to our issue.

  : Excellent location, and the property looks really elegant, and with excellent views of the city!
  : The rooftop staff did not allow us to enter and dine in for dinner, by mentioning kids are not allowed after 7 PM in the rooftop. But they did not mention this when we enquired with them upfront over the call and in-person regarding the reservation for dine in.

  : Maybe i have been spoilt at other hotels in the past. The pro's - The location is superb, could not actually be any better and that is clearly what you are paying for. Door staff very friendly as were the cleaning staff. Reception staff at check-in weren't very welcoming and/or helpful. Very much a process of give us the key, take the credit card pre-charge and left to it.We got 2 texts from the hotel to check how the stay was going but given we were international customers and were charged for incoming and outgoing texts, the system is poor!
  : What i thought was really poor! There were 2 small bottles (of what turned out to be) free drinking water, even though they had a price label on the neck! For what i paid for the stay, i expect free water everyday!Also, the bathroom mirror was very old and tired, damaged on the bottom. Again, didn't affect the stay but is that 4 star and what you'd expect? Toilet paper the worst quality i've ever used! No tea or coffee making facilities other than Nespresso expresso which we hate! No fresh milk or creamer in the room. All i wanted was a kettle, some proper coffee and some milk. Not much to ask for £500 per night! The finishing touches to make guests comfortable and maybe a bit special really were missing. We told the hotel in advance we were there for our 10yr wedding anniversary, didn't even get a note of "congratulations". Says a lot about a hotel when they go even a little above and beyond, not even a chocolate in the room. I've clearly been spoilt at other hotels.
