  : The breakfast was great, a wide selection of foods, including some healthy options. The hotel is right next to the train station. The room itself was super clean and neatly decorated. It had all amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly. We came here for a Bike 'n' Wine tour, and the hotel is perfectly located for that (very close to the start and end spot).
  : The pillow was a bit uncomfortable (it indents too much). The hotel is in a bit more industrial part, so there is not really a small-town vibe there. The following is obviously not the hotels fault, but the nights were very noisy, as the train station is currently (as of 09.10.23) under construction throughout the nights, which causes quite a bit of noise and there are many scooters going around in the nights with loud motors. This also seems to be a mosquito heavy area, so bring some protection.

  : The hotel is lovely, the room comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The outside bar has been very well designed, and is as beautiful as the local town planning authority allows. ( The once splendid views are rather hampered by some somewhat utilitarian concrete structures.) In all, it's a welcome sanctuary at the end of a long car journey.
  : A general word of caution: don't travel through a Catholic country on 1st of November.. All Hallows Day (the Day of the Dead) is a very serious holiday, and everything is shut, except for the odd filling station The hotel bar was shut when I arrived, and the restaurant never opened. When I went out in search of a restaurant I found that all of them were shut too. Fortunately, a Tai take-away supplied me with a delicious Tom Yum soup... which I had to eat with my fingers. (My fault for being an idiot, but an interesting culinary experience nevertheless.)
