  : Location amazing, Moneglia town was amazing.beach below the hotel great. Room very clean. With rustic charm. Pool great. Good selection for breakfast. Traditional family run hotel.
  : Leo the owner is the original Mr Ben. Seemed to be everywhere doing many different jobs. Sometimes difficult to find. Room cleaned every morning however door left open twice.

  : Fantastic location, with a great view on the bay. Nice hotel, very close to the town center, with very friendly staff. Nearby beach with clear water.

  : Rooms were out dated, lacked general hotel services, wifi only works at reception area and by the pool.

  : Fantastic view of Moneglia, small town at Liguria. The size of our room was good. The one of the bathroom, small, specially the shower. family hotel where you may see the Nonna walking around with some stories to tell: very strong lady!

  : I like the view. The pool the wellness area and the breakfast especially the pancakes!
  : I think the hotel is too outdated like in the other hotels you can find a refrigerator in the rooms.. I ask for a comb they dont have it and hotel slippers. We paid too much for an economy room and the wifi is not working on our rooms

  : The seaview, the breakfast, the size of the room. It was on the outside of the village, so less tourists and quiet.
  : The dust on the bed during the entire stay (never removed), the door that didn't close automatically. The staff left the door ajar after cleaning. The dirty closet door that didnt get cleaned after notifying the manager. That the staff was yelling at/to each other in the evening. That there wasn't someone available at all times (we were locked out our room and had search for a number, the person who whe spoke on the phone could not speak and understand english, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes before someone came and let us in our room). They had no do not disturb card either with wildly changing cleaning times. We also got bait and switched with a smaller room. We did accept that though.
