  : This apartment has great sea view, nice terrace with table and chairs. We found all appliances that are needed for our short stay including kitchen and kitchenware, washing machine, many towels. The beach is in 25 minutes walk. Tip: you can use free parking near the main road and then have 10 minutes walk to the beach. The nearest beach is nice, not crowded, you can see flamingos while walking to the beach.
  : There were no shower gel and shampoo in the apartment. The beach is 25 minutes by walk so if you travel with baby you will probably need to use car to get to the beach. We also had an issue with electricity in this apartment that the host did not manage to solve during our stay. Electricity marginally shocked you if you touched metallic part of the kitchen while staying with bare feet on the floor. Hope they will solve this problem for the next visitors.

  : The service of Mauricio and the team was a full 5 star level. Friendly, great reactivity and always one step ahead.The size and layout of the apartment was very convenient. The mattress was high quality and super comfortable. Loved the bathroom with the king size shower and the door that opened to the little backyard.. The electric appliences were equally high standard and great to have the convenience of a washing machine.Location close to a variety of wonderful beaches.
  : The decoration and kitchen equipment felt functional, but it was lacking a bit of love for the detail.A cushion on the sofa, a teapot and cereal bowls as kitchen equipment, a mini basic kitchen set up with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar as well as some lounge chairs would have made a great difference for a 2 weeks stay.Other comments: Prior to my stay, I read several comments about the music of the nearby restaurants. Yes you hear music, but personally I did not find it disturbing. Its not so loud and is usually between 19.30 and 22.00 hrs. Also, its nothing that is linked to this specific property. For entire area, houses are set into the hill and development is sparse in the area, so the accoustics are linked to that.BookingI have to admit that I was a bit confused by the pictures when booking the property. It wasnt very clear for me that all pictures you see linked to Casa Belvedere are actually 4 different apartments. So important to understand and identify which one you want to book. Other recommendations:I stayed in Chia without a car. I can highly recommend Dolcevita Bike rental, which also delivers bikes. Bikes are very high quality and in impeccable conditions and service is simply 5 star plus.Supermarket- the closest one - Luna / Sardissimo market - has a great selection, but is very, very expensive. Often twice the price as in a normal supermarket. Some of the wines cost even more than what you pay for exactly the same bottle in the restaurant. Its worth doing a bigger shopping in Pula and get the missing things at the supermarket that is next to the bar/ tobacco shop 2 km away, which is a bit more decent for the prices.

  : I had lovely time at the apartment. Amazing view. Staff was really friendly. Perfect place for people who want to rest close to nature.
  : Kitchen could be more functional. Some salt, pepper, oil in the kitchen and soap in the bathroom would made a huge difference.

  : All was well during our stay. Furniture a bit outdated but for us it did not matter. All main utensils were there. Rooms have air cons so it was not too hot. Views from terrace was perfect and payed of for everything.
  : Was surprised no oven or toaster in the kitchen but we managed without it so not too much stress over that. In description of the property it would be nice to know exact distance to the beach by foot. Looking at maps or property description it is not clear how far it is and it was around 20 min by foot.
