  : my wife for whom I rented this accommodation did not receive the apartment for which it was paid and which was submitted for booking. dirty, the wife cleaned everything. the bed is completely unsuitable for normal rest. armchair bed. and only after a week and a half got the usual mattress. owner, the woman is quite aggressive. her dogs often run in the yard. Do not attack, but run freely. I do not recommend for people for a long time only after handling the bookings.com the owner calmed down and stopped violating the privacy of the guest ... before that, without any invitation, she went into the rented room. thanks booking.com for resolving the problem

  : I was given detailed information on how to find the property, I was greeted by Elena and her little dog on arrival, the apartment was of a good size and clean and well appointed, quite comfortable too, it was well heated which was appreciated as it can get quite cold during March when I visited, the apartment is in a locked compound so security wasnt an issue, its also well located in the centre of the city, close to transport links, shops, restaurants and places of interest. I also think the property offered good value for money.
  : The kettle was a little temperamental!
