  : Location is good with a downside that horns and emergency vehicles could be heared all day and night. In addition to that rogue riders could be heared doing car racing in the night.Host was welcoming and understood English.
  : 1. Apartment is on 8th floor and lift fails very often - it did not work 4 days during my stay2. Iron board is in broken state, it felt on my legs 3 times nearly causing an injury.3. Bed squeaks very badly disturbing the sleep and comfort.4. Look and feel out of the apartment is poor, looks like Soviet era concrete5. Not a good value for money.

  : Close to the center. Quiet. Spacious Early check-in (actually, there is no rush of tourists)
  : There is a huge problem with water evacuation in the shower cabin. Firstly, you take a shower staying in the water, then a lot of water coming directly from the shower cabin to the floor, so, you need to collect this soapy water. Contacted, the host confessed that he knew about the problem ... and couldn't fix it. Booking.com should stop proposing this apartment till the problem is solved. Also, it was a pity not to receive a simple excuse from the host for such bad experience. The attitude, like in the Soviet Union. To avoid!!!

  : The elevator died twice while I was there and had to climb 8 story. This is not the fault of the owner, but just know that it's a reality. What's the fault of the owner is his rudeness and attitude, accusing me of not paying. I decided to stay 3 more days, I messaged him to pay cash, I asked him three times when I can pay, he never answered and on the second day, sent me a a rude message accusing me of staying for free and not paying.
