  : They never responded to multiple phone calls and emails from us and Booking.com. We had this place booked for a month and never received any check in info for the property. We started trying to communicate with the property manager earlier in the week with no responses. On the drive to Cheyenne from Denver, we called Booking.com 3 times and were on hold at least 15 minutes each time, got disconnected twice while they were trying to get in touch with the property with no luck. Drove up for a wedding, had nowhere to get ready. Had to borrow the bride's room to get ready. Ridiculous, unpredictable and unprofessional property manager. Ended up having to book another room last minute for almost $100 more so we had a place to sleep.
