: Clean house, kitchen has everything you need. Chester is great.
: Place was nice and clean, ideal for my wife, I and our 4 month old child. The only issue was the building site at the back where construction on an extension has commenced.

: Great location, comfortable bed, very clean, well equipped, very peaceful - just what we needed. Wed come again.
: WiFi didnt work Bathroom extractor fan extremely noisy & you cant turn the light on within the bathroom so anyone using it at night wakes up others in the apartment

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: The property in a quiet and peaceful location yet within easy strolling distance of the city centre and all its amenities. It provided a very warm and cosy 'bolthole' which was a pleasure to return to after a day out exploring. The private parking and ability to regulate the heating was a welcome bonus. The bath towels were white and fluffy and the bedding impeccable.
: On arrival, the apartment felt as if it hadn't been occupied for a while and would really benefit from a 'deep clean.' Cupboard door handles were sticky and glass ornaments dull and dusty. A folded, unused tea towel had signs of mould. All these issues could be easily remedied to make the property perfect in every way.

Traveller Type:
: Aspects of the kitchen were not clean, ie the dishes, knives and glasses. The fridge was also unclean and had an unpleasant odour. There were also no cleaning products to use the dishwasher or wipe down surfaces.

Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Excellent, quiet location, easy walking distance to town centre. Good size for 3. Comfortable beds. Parking at the property
: All windows and glass dining and coffee table as well as decorations were greasy and dull. There was enough shampoo and soap for only one person instead of 3. The hairdryer was broken. The oven was extremely noisy. There were over 20 emails exchanged between the tenancy company and ourselves but we had to call them on the day to get the access code.
