  : I booked for a week online saying it was open availability but I got there to check in it was no rooms left. Literally ten minutes after booking online. Also the worker named Kia who worked the check in desk withheld my ID from me for an hour claiming she didn't have it several times, even though I knew I left it there after she referred me to the Virginia Beach location and discovered it missing. She claims to have checked the office and outside of the office. I looked all around the parking lot as well and after telling her she had to have it several other times I left out telling her I would talk to her manager in the morning if it didn't turn up. She claimed to have found it just 10 minutes before she locked up the office for the night. Very nasty rude attitude having lady. She should be fired! Worst experience ever!
