  : We requested a top or higher floor room when we reserved online. Checking in, we were given a ground floor room right beside lobby, which would mean noise all night long. We mentioned upper floor request and were then given top floor room. As we entered our room (402), the stench was overwhelming. Combo cigarette/other smoked substances smell. Very strong. It almost made you sick. Because we had a late check in, we realized that requesting another room was futile at the late hour. The TV remote was not working. When we called about the remote not working, the phone had some issues, and we could barely hear the front desk person speaking. When he arrived to address the tv remote, we mentioned the phone issues. He told us that WE needed to LEAVE A NOTE TO TELL MAINTENANCE TO FIX THE PHONE. What world is this desk clerk living in? In order to charge our phones overnight we had to leave the beside lamps on. And when the beside lamps were on, the ceiling light outside bathroom door was on, also. The ac was not properly cooling room. Lamps bent and looking like hanging by a thread. The foyer coming into the lobby of hotel also had a strange overwhelming odor. In elevator, and hallways we saw dirt/bits of trash on floors and carpets....All in all, we were just so very, very thankful we only had a 1 night reservation here. Disappointing to say the least. Last time we choose Wingate.

  : Priceline is who I booked though and sold me to you all without telling me. I booked and my reservation was NOT in their system. I spoke to 3 different people trying to get this resolved. The hotel night manager talked to 6 different booking. Com people who said they would call and get a code and never called. I was in the lobby over 1.5 hours and booking NEVER got me put in a room that I paid for. The rep agreed to refund me. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK YET!!!!!! Unacceptable in every way. We traveled 11 hours from Louisiana and was forced to wait and messed my trip us. Management at the hotel. Stay at the hotel that I had to turn around and pay out of pocket was good. Ashley was PHENOMENAL.

  : Location was good and great area didn’t get to catch breakfast but it was a nice area for a venue.
  : Our first room did have a lot of little ants in it but after changing the other room was good. I prefer to two bedroom room.

  : Room was nice and fairly close to where we were going to (Veterans Amphitheater for a concert).
  : My son’s room wound up having ants- and staff initially just wanted to spray and have them breathe that in! He had to really argue to get a new room. Eventually, the room was changed and also upgraded for no additional cost so that was great. It should’ve been offered right away however

  : We didn’t end up staying at the property. It was disgusting. We have tried to contact the property and booking.com multiple times. We have zero resolution
  : It’s was disgusting. Bugs, smelled like pee. Pee stains on bed and linens. Throw pillows instead of actual bed pillow. Refused to even bring our suitcases in.
