  : The place is actually an apartment, with a bedroom and living room, I dont know if this place working has hotel since I have been there only for one night, but all were very convenient and clean, the location is in the center, and the owner was very nice, she also went with me to the taxi driver to check if all is clear and if they know where to take me.
  : I was looking for a room with air conditioner only, and in this apartment there is, it is just in the living room and not where I should sleep, therefore I have slept on the opening sofa that on the living room, I have a bit of luck that in the booking I have asked for extra sheet, which usually I use for covering myself instead of a blanket, but the owner was not willing or didnt understand me, to give me anther sheet in order to arrange the sofa for my sleeping.

  : Staff and food were really nice. The apartment was clean and tidy. Person came round almost every day to check if anything needed cleaning.Already arranged to stay again
  : Shower was either too hot or oh my god I have no skin. Fixing it so the shower can be made a bit cooler would perfect the stay. Maybe an extra pillow

  : Only issue was the shower it was way too hot, they did attempt to resolve it. However no dice. It was irritating but did not spoil the trip, will definitely stay again.

  : Friendly staff and a very large apartment made this an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the city and like to make your own way.
  : Only really missing better facilities for cleaning the glasses and a larger wastebasket would have been nice. Also the placement of electrical sockets is not always convenient.

  : This is a great luxury room with a hot tub, sauna, and huge space. It is part of a larger complex with restaurant and outdoor seating/dining area. The location was excellent, on a quiet side street right in the center of the city.
  : Many of the things listed as part of the property are not actually in the room; the most problematic for me was there not being a tea kettle, which they eventually delivered from a different room two days after I needed it. Although the staff seem to be helpful and friendly, they are clearly overwhelmed. Check in was difficult because a huge tour group was arriving at the same time since the German restaurant is a tourist attraction. Whenever I arrived for the scheduled breakfastwhich was during the very short window of time from 10:00-12:00they were closed and confused and needed to turn on the lights and set up a table for me. The breakfast, which is included, has almost no variety: a choice of only either an omelet or cirniki (cheese pancakes). I tried to eat dinner there, but very pushy and dangerous drunks like to spend their time here at the bar/restaurant; even when I tried to go eat in a back room, one of the drunks from the bar came searching for me to bother me, and I left. Overall, it seems like the staff is too overwhelmed trying to run this entire complex of restaurants, tour agency, hotel, apartments, and tourist attraction... that they aren't able to do anything well.

  : The location is very central, yet quiet, being in the courtyard. I guess this may not be the case when the outdoor restaurant runs its usual business. The room is a real apartment in a historic building, with only the kitchen closed for staff purposes. Desplaying a traditional design for this part of the world from the 2000's, this apartment features a natural-wood parquet floor covered with carpets, wooden doors and a spacious leaving room. The adjacent restaurant is nicely decorated as a traditional German beerhouse. A good choice for a family of up to four peaple.
  : There was a strange smell in the toilet. The carpet in the leaving room had lots of hairs on it and should be cleaned more thoroughly. In general, carpets were somewhat old and not very clean in all areas. There was a used paper napkin behind the TV in the bedroom. One of the plastic windows in the leaving room did not close properly and needed adjustment.
