  : Location. Good pizza restaurant at basement. Very friendly staff.
  : Very noisy area even at 2AM. No soundproofing making earplugs a must. No private or free parking.

  : Very good central location, all staff bright and friendly. Room very good, bar and breakfast area clean and smart.
  : Mattress a bit tired.

Disappointing

  : Good area.
  : Disturbed by a fire alarm which management didnt compensate us for even though we were outside in the rain because no one was actually in the guest house. Breakfast was a let down.

  : A good location for everything. The room was quite nice and comfortable, it had tea and coffee making facilities, the bathroom was in good order. The staff were very nice and welcoming.
  : The breakfast was not great. The cereals were not named, so you had to guess what you were putting into your bowl. The Milk was not offered as Semi-Skimmed, Skimmed, oat etc, there was no hot boiling water to make tea, this had to come from the coffee pot stand where a pot of water was on top of the coffee stand, so not very hot. We had to shoulder the door to get into our room, to open and shut it. When you showered in the morning, the shower tray overfilled with water and came out onto the floor as though the drain had some sort of blockage on it.

  : The Guest House was in a lovely location, central to all the amenities and attractions in the area. The room itself was very nice and comfortable and staff were helpful in accommodating your needs.
  : There was a continental breakfast only and not a great deal of choice within that.
