Central Studios Gloucester Road by RoomsBooked

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : Only the microwave
: The bed is not good, the noise of the train. No water for the shower. I actually left this morning without having my bath.,. There was not even hot water supply to the room

Disappointing

: It would be unfortunate to note that the room overlooked Cheltenham Spa Railway Station, and the noise from the trains meant I couldn't open the window on a very warm evening

: Was in the back unit of this accommodation and pleased to find double security with access front door code and door box as a solo traveller...Unit has had an upgrade since last visit so new bathrooms with clean loo and shower facilities...Clean and neutral decorated room had tea/coffee supplies+hair dryer+loo roll which was a unexpected surprise!
: Accommodation is located right next to Cheltenham railway station which could be listed as a minus BUT night trains rolling past hardly heard...

Very Poor
Traveller Type: Business Traveler
  : Nothing. Inhabitable accommodation.
: Security door wedged open. Fire escape in darkness. Bathroom filthy, used towels left on floor. Toilet dirty. No toilet rolls. No TV remote.Sink in room out of order. Stained carpets. Small undersized beds. Windows open into public area. Guests smoking drugs. Totally unsafe, unhygienic and unstaffed.

: The location was conveniently close to the train station. The room was clean, inviting and decent, and close to the shower, and toilet with a welcome sink, fridge, and microwave. Also the rooms were well maintained in terms of cleanliness and tidiness.
: It was disconcerting not to have any actual staff available as I thought they would be on a reception desk and I had to be very alertly conscious not to leave my room key in my room as I could be locked out when foraying to the toilet and otherwise ! That is something to be seriously mindful of if in the event one was to thoughtlessly leave your door key and phone in your room, and be locked out you would be in real trouble ! Thankfully, I avoided this but also if you required an extra towel or something there was no one actually available in person there when I checked-in in the evening. However, there was always a polite, sweetly- obliging voiced agent available on the phone that compensated to some degree but not completely for the absence of any in-person staff.
