  : I love the location, the lovely staff - they were so friendly and helpful! I loved my room and the beautiful view of the street- it was like a fairytale view! I am looking forward to returning when i visit my family next year again in Cheb.
  : As a light sleeper I was woken up early in the morning by the cleaners. Not their fault! Its just the way the building is constructed - you can hear the vacuum cleaner being dragged in the hallways etc. I was very jet lagged so had trouble sleeping- soMost people may not be bothered by this. I found a solution to blocking out the sound by playing soft rains sounds on my cell phone which helped with my jet lag too. I wish the room had air conditioning but with the window open a beautiful breeze would come in thru the night and really helped cool the room down.

  : It was beautifully fitted out. It was central to the old town square.
  : There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.There was no fridge in the room. There was no fan or aircon in the room so the window needed to be fully open to cool the room down.
