  : Everything about this stay was excellent - apart from the fact that there was no WI-Fi available, from when I arrived at around 19:40 until I departed at around 07:20 the next day. I really needed Wi-Fi as I had just returned from Istanbul and had used up my inclusive allowances, which were not due to begin again until the following day. The lack of WiFi caused me some problems, as I needed to contact two colleagues to brief them about the day ahead. The owner told me that the problem lay with my phone/laptop, as she could get the Wi-Fi on her phone. She showed me this on her phone to 'prove it was true.' The next morning the male owner was serving my breakfast and overheard me telling someone about the Wi-Fi issue. He then flashed a phone screen at me and said 'it was a BT issue with the Wi-Fi last night, it says so here'. To be honest I saw the screen for about 10 seconds, certainly not long enough to read it. And if there was an 'outage' in the area, why did his wife claim that she had Wi-Fi the previous evening? Either way, I feel that they were not entirely honest, which I would have appreciated. In all other aspects it was a lovely stay, and all the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
