  : Front desk clerk booked someone into our room and they almost barged right in except for the door brace we had inside. Complete property was sold prior to our checkout and they would not extend at the same rate……wanted almost double our rate with booking.com. Front desk clerk was rude and inconsiderate.

  : it was close to interstate and shopping.
  : When I checked in I had requested a room on ground level on the same side as front desk, I was told it was not available. The room I was given was on the upper level and I could not get in . I waited in the rain for 20 minutes until a maintenance worker came. He told me he would have to take lock off and take it to his shop to fix, He stated it would be 30 minutes to fix. While he was taking lock off the door frame. I noticed these large gray bugs crawling on curtains and wall. He did not seem alarmed but I requested to be moved. The front desk stated there was now a room available on ground floor but on back side of the hotel. I didn't want to be on that side because I noticed a lot of people just hanging outside. They were smoking, drinking and loud. I did not feel safe. My experience was not good and I was told I could not get my money back if I checked out.

  : The property was dirty and in a very sketchy part of town. Our room had roaches and it was to late in the day to find another hotel.

  : Everything - the front desk manager was rude, unaccomodating, all reservations were at least TWO HOURS behind and no compensation, you can only use COVID as an excuse so much then it becomes just excuse after excuse which means you need to hire reliable staff that can get the job done. The bathroom was dirty and physical maintenance was lacking. No blankets or sheets for the sofa bed! WORSE STAY EVER!!! Will not recommend or ever stay there again!
