  : The hotel is perfectly located with lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. The room was clean and the kitchen has everything that you would expect from a small kitchenette.
  : The main bed was very comfortable but the bunk bed was not. I would not recommend to spend more than one night on it. The room only gets cleaned every seven days and that was a bit of a disappointment to us. You can get daily clean towels but you"ll have to get them yourself at the reception desk.

  : They sold my room. Said they called me and left a message. We were at Carowinds. Anyway... They couldn't accommodate my family so we found something else.

  : Room was clean & updated. A bit small for 3 of us with our pets, but we managed it.
  : Front desk staff not particularly friendly or welcoming, especially the night clerk when we checked in. The hallways had a bad odor & the carpeting looked like it needed to be changed out. I literally had to go to the kitchen door 3 separate times to ask the staff to replenish items at the breakfast service - coffee cups, lids, dishes. There was at least an hour and a half left of service when I got there - when I opened the warmer for the scrambled eggs, it was completely empty. A staff walked up with sausages, which she dumped into the dirty egg warmer, and never refilled it with scrambled eggs. The juice machine was not working properly. One of the staff was on her phone every time I asked for something. No one was going around checking to see what needed to be replenished. The food offered tasted good, but the service issues were disappointing.
