  : Excellent breakfast, very nice host.About 10min walk to downtown Shops. 3min to beach through a lovely neighborhood.
  : Rather old mattresses and everything is just a little old.But all ok for low price.

  : Great location with a most welcoming host! Went above and beyond for my request for a gluten free breakfast and even moved the time up so I could leave early for my conference. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
  : The house is older and could use some updating. It was clean but new carpet on the steps would make a good improvement.

  : I did not stay for the breakfast, but was asked if I had any special requests or restrictions. The lady that ran the house was very kind. The room was clean except for the windows and some stains on the carpet.
  : The listing and high ratings did not prepare me for the actual accommodation. It was very misleading. It read as if you are paying for a suite with four beds and a living room, but it was actually a single bedroom with a trundle and a futon chair in a tiny pass-through to the bathroom. If we had opened the futon, you literally would have had to crawl over that person to scess the restroom at night. One bed in the room was very uncomfortable and made loud squeaking noises everytime the person moved in it. The apps on the television would not load so I could sign in, and the smell of skunk at night, (which we were warned could be an issue at check in) was overwhelming around 11pm. The door had a large gap at the top that allowed in a LOT of light from the hallway. We had to stuff it with a towel to block out that and the sound of other renters. The final issue is that the curtain in the bathroom only covered the bottom half of the window, but the top half was still fully visible to several neighbors windows, so we had to shower with the light off.

  : Room was large but bathroom small and tight. Room on the street side. Traffic all night. No WIFI. Few tv options. Free electrical outlets for the electronic needs of today. A potter stop rather than an extension cord next to the bed would have been help
