  : As always I absolutely loved staying at this location. It’s convenient to where I go when I’m up there and typically no problems. The beds are always wonderful and never have an issue with that. The bathroom we had was pretty clean this time which was a plus for me. I actually got asked if I wanted housekeeping this time which was nice even though we never use it. We absolutely loved the lady on morning shift! She was so sweet and very helpful. She needs a raise! Always had a smile! Great customer service from her. And the ladies who do the breakfast. They are all so very sweet. We appreciated the warmth and courtesy of feeling at home while we were away.
  : So first and foremost, after this situation, I will not be back to this establishment. First I get things happen and I’m an understanding person. I had 2 small children with me this time around. The first night we got there, we had NO HOT WATER in our shower. Went downstairs to let the guy in the front know. He was also very kind. He said he will get it fixed and came to our room and checked it just to make sure. It was later in the afternoon which we understood it might be the next day. Went down the next day talked to the lady in the front and she was not told about it. We still didn’t have hot water. So she was calling maintenance and we waited about 23 minutes for maintenance to come up. Now before we even let the front desk know AGAIN we checked. Still no hot water. Maintenance got to our room 23 minutes later and miraculously “it worked” they were rude and disrespectful. I wasn’t even going to complain but as a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect. I was appalled and disappointed that this situation occurred because I’ve been there so many times and even went 2 separate times in about a week. The Keurig was messed up as well but didn’t want to be disrespected again so we just dealt with it. We will not be back.

  : Everything was clean and working. Employees were great at both check-in and checkout. Rooms were clean and mostly comfortable.
  : Bed was a little lumpy. Parking lot in back was a little sketchy. Breakfast wasn't bad, but could have been better. It would have been nice if there were grits or potatoes. Sausage was dry and kind of hard, bagels were low quality. Mini cheese omelets were pretty good, though!

  : The staff was friendly.
  : The shower was slippery. My husband slipped and almost fell. The first day the room was not cleaned. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about it, apologized, and gave us more towels and coffee supplies.

  : There was blood stains on the blanket. The bathroom was discussing and the front desk was unhelpful and rude. We ended up getting over charged for the deposit.

  : The pool at the neighboring hotel was nice, and the staff was very friendly. It was in a nice location.
  : There was a coagulation of nasal fluid on the wall, stains on the bed, a horrible smell in 2 of the rooms, blood on the bathroom door and roaches in the elevator. I have never been so worried about leaving with bed bugs in my life. We paid $200 a night to have the worst experience ever. We even asked to move rooms because of thr smell, and when we went to the next room (400), the smell was even worse. I hate that my parents had to be subjected ti that. There was mold in the shower and dirt in the corners

  : The staff is very rude. Front desk lady acting like she isn’t happy to be there. No Hi no Bye, no extra words at all. Very mean. The lady served breakfast was also very mean to guests. No help with breakfast

  : Over all it’s a nice place to stay for 1 day at a time. The pool is nice
  : Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re going to the beach. It’s a long hectic drive. We booked thru booking and there is a 60 dollar (hidden fee). Room could use some work only 1 outlet worked, shower wouldn’t adjust between hot and cold, the bathroom door does not have a lock on it
