  : Many things:1. Elevator buttons on 8th floor did not work for all 3 days we stayed there. It would only go up and to go down to lobby, we always had to go to the 9th floor and then come down.2. The bathroom floors were dirty even after they cleaned the second day. The bathroom wall was chipping off and all that was on the floor the first day we entered the hotel and even after they did the so called cleaning the second day. I took pictures of the bathroom whereby hair was as it is and the wall paint was as it is.3. Nobody responds or picks the phone most times when you call from the room. They placed only 2 towels instead of 3 and after repeated calling, we had to go downstairs and get one. Again the elevator doesn’t go down so we have to go up and then come down.4. For breakfast, in the scrambled eggs after 2 bites, I found a small metal string. That was the biggest bummer. None of us could eat after that.

  : I would have liked the lobby of the hotel to be more air-conditioned. It was very uncomfortable having breakfast in the morning. In addition, I felt it was uncomfortable for the staff. Although the room was well air conditioned.
