  : I booked in February for October. I enjoyed the reminders of my trip. I enjoyed the fact I would have a great stay with a comfortable room and it's amenities. That's what I got. The pool, the computer use and breakfast in the morning. Housekeeping very accessible and friendly when I needed a wash cloth. Thank you for that.
  : I booked in February for October I requested handicapped room 2 queen and a pull out. I was in computer as a late arrival. I checked in after 4 before 5pm. I received 2 queen no pull-out. When I went to ask the clerk she said she gave my room away. It was supposed to be the one next to me. She said I still had a hearing impaired room. When checking in she said there was a glitch and that's when it happened. I asked if there were more rooms available she said no. I asked if she would be able to discount my room and no. She could've let me know as I was checking in not let me walk in there wonder why the sofa is missing. Chanute is a very small town full of great people.I had not stayed there for about 18 years. I use IHG Hotels when I go out because it's an enjoyable stay. Whether in California, New York or anywhere in between. I haven't stayed at one of your hotel where it's uncomfortable.

  : Overall our stay was good, only recommend as this is the only decent hotel in chanute. But they are going downhill and some staff are unfriendly and rude while others had excellent customer service like in the past Stays.
  : This hotel says pets welcome Ive we have have stayed a few times before with our dog. At check in I was told no pets allowed. They let her stay after requesting to talk to the manager. The quality in the breakfast has definitely gone down.
