  : The rooms are located just next to the old walls into the old town. It is mostly a very quiet area, and we loved the location, since it's close to everywhere you need to be! The room is cute, decently sized and comfortable. Breakfast (which is done in a separate Elia hotel) is amazing! One of the very best I've had.
  : The windows could use some soundproofing. The area is quiet, but with every group of people or bike that passed through, we could hear them as clearly as they were inside the room - even with closed windows. Even though they have a coffee machine, you have to pay to get more coffee than the initial two given at the start of your stay.

  : Location is very good - everything is just near by - restaurants, shops, things to visit, beach is also not far away. We enjoy breakfast very much - it was very delicious and ladys who take care about breakfast are realy very nice.

  : Usually I don't write reviews but I was very happy staying with Elia. Great location, lovely service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, clean and the location is very central but peaceful. I managed to forget my wallet and cellphone in a friends car but the people at the reception helped with getting it back to me. The people at the Elia Zampeliou reception are lovely. Generally I think if you have an issue with anything, just talk to the people at the reception and they will 100% help you. (Also recommend Elia Estia where I stayed for a week.) Thank you!

  : The location has its ups and downs. It's central, you are literarly in the middle of the action in Chania. It's clean and the room size is just perfect. I booked in advance a taxi at 6 am to go to the airport. And the hotel staff made sure everything to go smooth with the taxi booking. I really appreciated it
  : The noise level lowers to a comfortable point at about 11 pm.The balcony was a bit small for my taste

  : the location is great and also the room, the size of it and the cleaness
  : it was hard to find the exact place and the place that we supposed to get our key from. we were looking for someone to open for 40 minutes, tried to call the numbers on the door, they either didnt answer or didnt know how to help. also, there was very weak water flow in the shower beside these things everything was good. I think the price is a bit expansive.
