  : Great location. Lovely room in an old building in the old town, a 3-minute walk to the water. Lovely little balcony. Friendly reception.

  : We had a late check-in but the process of getting through the main door and getting the key was seamless - there was even a paper on the door welcoming us into the room we rented, which was a nice touch. In the morning we were asked to go to the reception which is right around the corner to do the proper check-in. The host gave us a map with restaurant/attraction recommendations which was very handy. The property is right in the city centre, in a lively street with cafes, restaurants and shops. The flat we rented was on the first floor (whisch is considered the second floor in continental Europe). The facilities were great, everything you need for a comfortable stay was there. There was water in the fridge which was handy, plenty of power sockets, bathroom essentials and storage space. Stayed here for two nights and forgot some clothes, so the host contacted me via WhatsApp so that we could come and pick them up.
  : Please bear in mind that the property is right by Il Fagotto, a very popular jazz bar in Chania (which serves great cocktails) but unfortunately closes at 3 am and has outdoor seating. It is almost impossible to fall asleep with the loud talking downstairs, and the windows don't save the situation either as there is no sound-proofing. So make sure you get some earplugs if you want a good night's sleep!

  : Spacious and comfortable apartment in the most perfect location in the old town. Nice balcony to get some air and people watch on the cobbled street below. Beautiful area, just a few steps from the harbour. Very friendly hostess who will give you lots of great advice about day trips etc. Room is made up daily.
  : As mentioned in many other reviews, it is right above a jazz bar which plays music and is noisy until late. Found it strange that the apartment has very sheer curtains which dont cover the windows properly or block out the light at all - so recommend a sleeping mask if youre a light sleeper.
