  : Just I liked the location and the rest was nightmare, The worst stay in my entire life so far. Disappointed to give 1 rating as there is no lower than 1!
  : The blankets and beds stink very very very bad. We had to pay for the bedding linen 50 Euro and didn't use blankets at all as they were so stinky. The blankets can't be used even with duvet cover. The curtains are very smelly and dirty and the beds are too noisy. We stayed 6 days and out of 6 days almost 3 days the stovetop wasn't working and we had go to their office 3 times to report it and finally after 2 attempts they managed to fix it (replaced with a second hand stovetop) and after the guy replaced the stovetop we had clean the mess. Dishwasher wasn't working and the coffee machine was so dirty and old. Swimming pool is too deep and cold for small children and only allowed to swim with swimsuit (the one which professional swimmer wears). Jacuzzi is switched off so its mean Jacuzzi exist only in photos for the purpose of advertisement and the sauna is too tiny and old. No cleaning product provided and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for the entire stay. --- Advice, don't trust the photos as all of them are Photoshopped. To bring lists, pay them for bedding linen on arrival or bring your own otherwise you can't sleep, bring your own blanket, bring cleaning product, bring very strong perfume with you so you can make the property liveable.

  : The views were spectacular. Plenty parking.Friendly staff.Lovely onsite bar/restaurant, Le Chalet, we didn't try the others.Outdoor swimming pool.Apartment well equipped. Good sized balcony.
  : The facilities onsite were only open at certain times, 9-12pm & 4-7pm. Including the reception, swimming pool & supermarket. Check in/out is also between these times. The drive to other supermarkets is around an hour due to having to go back down the mountain and up again. A little difficult if you have forgotten something and the onsite shop is shut. I understand this can't be helped but shop times etc could be better. Apartment would benefit from having patio furniture.The deposit is expensive at 300 and the cleaning of apartment cost is in addition at around 40. We are still waiting for the deposit money to be refunded (a week later). Make sure you pay the deposit by cheque.

  : no soap, no household items. Those. You need to bring your own or buy on the spot. There are only dishes. There is no washing machine. no Wi-Fi, in a 4-bed room there is one bunk bed and one folding narrow sofa. There are no duvet covers on the duvets, only sheets, but the duvets are terribly dirty. I had to clear them.

  : the sofa wasnt comfortable and not enough pillows. the door on the bedroom was a pain. a normal door would be better. the tv was placed in an odd place so we hit our head on it when coming out of the bedroom.

  : The only good thing about the property is the location. The location is very good! It is very close to a sledge slope for the children, close to very nice restaurants and bar and especially very close to the tlski (Bachat). you have a free shuttle that can take everywhere else you want. You are also on top of the supermarket so very handy for every morning fresh bread! the Bachat village is prettier than the main resort in Chamrousse 1750 to my eyes.
  : The property itself is not nice, old and not maintained. There is also no view from the property as you are facing the road and the view is amazing! It did not helps that the place was not cleaned when we arrived. The furniture is damaged, old and shabby. The quality of the mattresses and pillow is on the cheap side
