  : The room smells cigarettes. The detector of fumes was closed by a plastic bag. Curtains has a lot of holes. One bedside lamp doesn't work. The room light has a lightbulb which was blinking all the time

  : The food in the restaurant next door was excellent value The staff in the restaurant were excellent too.
  : The disgusting cleaning lady goes round the hotel just before 8am, banging on every single door like there is a fire! There was no fire, she just wants to wake everyone up and kick them out 3 hours before checkout so that she can clean and finish early!! The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned for a long time as there was dirt, hair and pubes everywhere. Faulty plumbing meant banging all night inside the room from the rainwater.
