  : Located 100 m from train station. Breakfast was a coffee or tea and a croissant or similar across the road (100m). Open from 6 or 6:30 a.m. so perfect. Outside areas very nice.ni
  : Room was a little noisy but it was at the front of the building. Friends who stayed in other rooms didn't have the same complaint.

  : It was clean. While the staff's warmth was notable, language barriers were a slight challenge. No on-site restaurant, but they offer a simple Italian breakfast at a nearby cafe (coffee and a pastry). The location is good. They offer free parking.
  : The location is convenient, but proximity to a busy road makes for constant noise. The equipment feels dated, and the shower setup was a bit impractical without a handheld option.

  : The hotel is a no frills hotel and was the perfect location for a the city. Only a block from the train station, it is easy to locate and jump on to train to explore the rest of the region or the beautiful city of Certaldo. The rooms are clean and provide the everything you would need from a closet, to a refrigerator, and full bathroom. My room was small, but perfect for my needs. The staff is extremely welcoming and despite their lack of English were able to communicate effectively. There is no restaurant connected, but they provide an Italian breakfast (Coffee and a pastry) to your choice of 4 cafs around the block.
  : I wish I knew how to turn the AC on and that there was a screen on my window. I received a lot of mosquito bites.

  : Location is great -- super quick walk from the train station. Mr. Gori was so sweet and welcoming, great comfy room and bathroom for the low price.
  : It was very loud during the day and night which disrupted our sleep/comfort (our room was on the ground floor so maybe that's also why it was so loud).

  : Location is good, the building itself is nice, although rooms are a bit old fashioned and smell old as well.
  : The owner, who is at the reception only speaks Italian. We had to change our booking in some ways and it was very complicated to arrange anything. Although we sent him our request for a parking place in advance, we hardly get one and had to leave with the car .at 7.30. Breakfast is in a caf nearby, one coffee and one sweet bun. On our second day we had another colleauge who only booked for one day. We were on a long trip with him that day and he could have had check in only at 20.20, so we phoned the owner (this time in Italian!!) so that he knows that our colleauge is arriving and we definitely need the room. When we arrived (really at 20.20!), the owner said that he already rented the room for other people and arranged a room for our colleauge nearby. I don't think this was a decent thing to do...
