  : Location was great. apartment was nice itself. Very basic (VERY) we had to ring the host to get the basic kitchen stuff. (kettle, chopping board, bottle opener ect)

  : We stayed here with our young children and had no car so we were initially worried about how difficult the walk down the hill to the beach and further on to Cefal might be, but we neednt have been. The walk to the beach down the hill and then back up again even with young legs and a buggy is very manageable. It took us 15 minutes ish to get to the nearest free (beautiful) beach. On the electric bikes we hired in town, it was less than 10 mins into Cefal.It was actually much better for our relaxing holiday to be slightly out of town in a quiet location not surrounded by the mask wearing and covid hysteria that has gripped the world.There is a lovely wine bar within 5 mins walk, gelato bar, supermarket, and a couple of restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and it was definitely worth paying the small extra fee for an incredible sea view. We were able to text the staff when we needed something and this was provided immediately (a larger chopping board).We were the only occupants at the time of staying and had the pool and surroundings to ourselves. There was a washing machine plus powder for use in the basement which was helpful.

  : The location is just as far from the central city to be quiet and to have a wonderful garden full of exotic plants. The walk to the beach and to the historical center of Cefalu and the walk to the way back were very good for us (2km). Lungomare is very close. The pool is there for you to relax and to swim everytime you come back from the city or from an excursion, at any hour. Our children were very excited about that. The host was very helpful when we needed. We had a great vacation staying there!

  : I think the property was really good - we didn't have a car so there was a lot of walking but the area was beautiful. Didn't meet the owner but was responsive when needed. Local facilities were great and Cefalu overall was stunning. We didn't really cook much so the kitchen facilities were fine and the kids loved the pool.

  : Cefal is a beautiful town and just about 30mins to walk from the residence. There is a very nice caf and supermarket close. No need for a car. The Pool was nice to swim, it was cleaned regularly. The manager was friendly.
  : The place could be very nice if it would be taken care of better. It really needs some basic upgrades. It is dirty, old and run down. Very badly equipped and dirty kitchen. Very uncomfortable beds. Very noisy through the corridor.

  : We had everything we needed inside our apartment, great to have a little balcony with table and chairs on with views of trees and sea. The swimming pool was brilliant, we liked that you can swim at anytime. Very close to the beach, a supermarket and hotel Santa Lucia where you can buy icecream sandwiches croissants and pastries. We also loved eating at local winery, great food and wine.
  : Took us half an hour to walk into town. Which was fine most of the time when we had the energy! We used a local taxi a couple of times too, 15 euros per trip.
