  : It was a great locations and close to the old town. The breakfast was tasty and rooms were clean and spacious.
  : Parking was more annoying than originally thought, it took longer than 10mins to wait for a park but we were there in peak summer

  : The room was perfect for our one night stay. Clean room, spacious common area. Free parking (if available and it was).
  : This is a residential building with a hidden hotel inside. The building itself is rather old and in need of repairs and a good sprucing up. But again our actual accommodations were better than the building leads you to believe. Although our accommodations were fine for our short stay some paint would go a long way.

  : Expensive and Really bad breakfast so much good food in Italy and this breakfast was really stale. No fresh bread. Tasteless cheese. Nothing was fresh everything dry and bad. Even the coffee AND tea was bad tasting.

  : The view was great and breakfast was tasty. Also, the beds were comfortable.The cons overrule this completely though!
  : Absolutely the worst place we have stayed during our trip to Sicily! Not recommended for several reasons. The host was not very welcoming upon arrivial and cared more about telling us how we would be charged if we did something wrong. Shortly after we found out that the room had no hot water and we informed the host. After 1,5 hour he returned and informed us that no hot water would be available until morning. We agreed that he would grant us a discount as compensation. No apologies given or alternative solution. We were told that we could get our money back and choose a different hotel. Of cause we could not, since we had already unpacked everything. We had to take cold showers that evening. The following morning we found out that the hot water was back. No one had told us. Upon check-out the host no longer wanted to give us our discount because the hot water returned. He finally gave up and gave us 2/3 of the originally promised discount. He was clearly angry at us when we left. Also, the bathroom smelled like sewer during our stay.After our stay, our reservation was cancelled on booking.com, so that it doesn't count in our bookings. A complaint has been filed against the accommodation.We highly do not recommend choosing this hotel! This is clearly a place that cares more about your money.
