  : The pictures are far from the reality. The apartment was dirty and the furniture - worn-out. I booked a room with a large fridge and got a room with a small one. What is more, we had a lizard in our room. The lighting in the apartment was terrible - it was really dark

  : It was a great little flat for a two night stay. You will need a car because of the location. The pool looked quite nice although we did not use it. There was a washing machine at the property but we could not use it for lack of cleaning products (which was quite a disappointment).
  : We stayed for 2 nights however only 1 toilet paper roll was provided. We had to buy supplies ourselves. Around 6PM I sent a message advising them of this issue, and a reply was only sent at 10PM stating they would bring more the next morning. We left around 9:30AM and no one had come round yet.

  : The home was big in size
  : The place wasn't clean, it is situated in the middle of nowhere and would be an absolute nightmare if we did not have a car and things kept falling apart. The bathroom did not even have a shower curtain

  : Good price and quiet neighborhood. The place has just few apartments and is not overcrowded. Big new swimming pool. Close to the beach. Nice terrace. Washing machine in the back. You can make laundry for free.
  : The apartment is small. Not enough kitchen equipment. Black mold in the shower. The location is on the border of Fethiye and it takes time to get to the city. Would not recommend without a car. Lots of cats in the garden and we had to hide everything inside since the cats were throwing our stuff around. The host did not really care when we asked for something (we received missing pillow cases on the second day after we complained one more time).

  : Privacy and clean, the two ladies doing cleaning are very helpful and good persons
  : The location, it was very far away from the beach, you have to rent a car or motorcycle to get easy from markets and the beach

  : The parking is just a dirt road which gets too full with all the guests cars. You can hear most noises from the other apartments.

  : Location is a bit far from Fethyie center, but its near the sea. Keep in mind that the restaurants on the beach are not of high quality, its better to go to the city center and grab some food there.

  : It could be great, if you have a hire car and don't mind being in a remote location. I don't remember finding such a large bed before. It was quiet because of so few guests, so the pool was usually available, and the table tennis table. The WiFi was ok. The nearest beach is only about 10 minutes walk away.
  : Rather like some lodgings I tried in Istanbul, management weren't interested in dealing with maintenance issues. The 'kithen' was the tiny space under the external steps to the upper floors, no light except for the 'hood' above the 2 ring hotplate. I had to use my own extension lead, for the kettle and hob. The socket behind the tap seemed unsafe. A shortage of cutlery, crockery and cooking untensils. Pans needed replacing, and lids provided. The cable for the fridge was through a cupboard door! None of the knives could even cut a tomato! The table was too small, and obstructed the small TV (which only had channels from Turksat). There was only one small cushion to improve the comfort of the chairs. I discovered that there was a second power socket and light switch on the side of the bed nearest the window, but they were inacessible behind the headboard. It wasn't possible to open the wardrobe doors, or use the second 'bedside' unit next to the bed. Refer to the photos, to see the problems in the bathroom... The covered outside area near the pool, was unfinished - cables not connected to fittings.. One knife was provided, that was able to cut food. The main excuse for lack of maintenence was the "end of a busy season", nothing was offered as compenstation for our disappointment. Therefore I considered the apartment overpriced.
