  : Super cute flat a short block to the sweet beach and pier; very clean; plenty of towels etc; good cafes and restaurants; all necessary kitchen utensils etc; fun antique shop; could hear the waves while going to sleep...; nice little farmers market across the street the morning we left (maybe every Friday morning in summer?); finally, very affordable. Altogether fabulous!!
  : Tbh, three adults could have used one more comfy chair in the living room or maybe a cushier sofa. A couple minor details are easily fixable (fridge door wouldn't stay totally shut; loose lightbulb socket in LR - sorry, I meant to write separately but have had no time!) FYI steep stairs, no problem for us, but for some folks it might be. And I'd simply try to avoid parking under the big tree in front that dropped a ton of sap on our car. (Maybe just the time of year? We were probably unlucky.)
