  : I did my rezevation about a month ago. I specifically requested a room with airy glass, the hotel approved the situation for me. I tried to contact the hotel by the grandparents before going to the hotel. My calls were not answered, my whatsapp messages were not returned. I requested the location, it was not sent. I found the hotel very difficult , it was about to get dark when I left, and when I went up to my room, I was faced with a completely stuffy room with no windows at all. I have written to Mrs. Nati many times. I couldn't stay at the hotel when I could go to the hotel in the evening. I think stay away. Mrs. Nati, bike has not returned my messages once. I left my passport at the hotel when I ran away from the hotel. They called me for this and I went to the vote and got it. I can only thank you for that.

  : The location of the hotel was quite good, very close to city center. The general appearance of the room, the breakfast saloon and of the hotel in general was antique, in the beautiful nostalgic way. The breakfast with a good variety.
  : The communication was quite good overall, but they failed in one thing : explaining why they changed the location (still close to the original place, but seemingly on a less populated street and that did feel very safe at night). Also, all the breakfast was cold (including food that is usually warm or heated just before serving).

  : An issue ocurred with my room and the hosts proactively booked somewhere else for me to stay.
  : Not giving me prior notice or agency in the situation. For context - i wasnt given checkin instructions and called a phone number on the doorway when i arrived.I was asked to wait and 10 minutes later someone arrived to inform me that there was a problem with the room and that they had booked another room in another hotel that they would take me to.The person who arrived didn't speak any English and as I was a solo traveler, I felt nervous about entering a strangers' car without fully understanding the situation. They got lost, and I had to help navigate to the other hotel, whereupon I realised the other hotel had booked me a room in the next door bnb, which was of a far poorer quality. I really appreciate that the hosts went out of their way to ensure I still had somewhere to stay nearby, but I wish they would have notified beforehand and given me the option to book somewhere else.
