  : there were 8 mosquitos in the room when arrived, I guess a mosquito net is required on the window.

  : Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.
  : The room and the breakfast room were not clean in some places (exaple: toilet seat, table cloth and chairs in breakfast)Hackers used the hotel's profile in Booking app and requested by card number etc. I believed them, since it was sent through Booking app, and now I need to cancel my card.

  : The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is in good location, close to the park and 900m from the main square. I like the lobby with old furniture and wall paintings. The most beautiful thing is view from balcony to volcano. For short stay is ok, it's not expensive.
  : The hotel looks with poor maintainance, not everything is working or looking how it should. Even hard to find working socket to charge the phone. Room card usually not working from the first time.

  : I feel ignored and embittered by the hotel staff, especially since this was the family's first trip to Catania which supposed to be an unforgettable trip. We have spent couple a days planning our visit, sure also choosing the best place to sleep. Finally after arriving to the hotel (after midnight) we were informed that they were overbooked and they decided to move us to another hotel which was in poor condition, terribly noisy and there was nothing to eat there except coffee and a few bits of cold biscuits or cakes! Yes of course they sent email me about changing the hotel but I it was the same day during our trip what I didn't even read. If they let me know a few days in advance, I would at least have a chance to decide what to do next, stay at the property they were offering or cancel and choose another one.

  : We arrived at the hotel and were told that they had a problem with our room and that they changed the booking to their sister hotel 10 minutes walk away. That hotel had no lift, garbage bins inside the entrance hall and a wetcell in the room with walls only half way up. so no privacy at all!!
