  : Flexibility of the owner for our super late arrival. Really appreciated!
  : Pretty stressful breakfast with owner (mother) always around us, very directive. We were feeling not welcomed at all. There was an incident in our room (curtain bar crashed down in the middle of the night) and we were accused as guilty people. Not super pleasant

  : Small hotel on the first floor of a residential building. Near the city center, supermarket, bus station. Good breakfast.
  : There is no reception at check-in. You have to communicate via phone or whatsapp.

  : Very good placement, close to the bus station, in a quiet area, and clean room.
  : Same breakfast for seven days in a row, no fruits, no vegetables. Also, the room no. 2, where we stayed for seven nights, is not suitable for long stays because there is no source of natural light or fresh air, the window is in the internal stairwell.

  : A lot of good things about this place:- very clean- pleasant atmosphere- new bathroom and furniture- room big and comfortable enough for our family of 4 (one of the 3 beds was separate, in a former closet, thus giving some privacy) - cozy kitchen, well equiped (including toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, etc.)- a small garden with a cozy terrace- nice personnel (including Andrea, who was very helpful)- close to city center (15 minutes walk to Villa Bellini/ 25 minutes to Via Crociferi) and Metro station ITALIA (3-4 minutes walk) or ALIBUS bus station to airport- quiet and safe neighbourhood- italian breakfast offered for free is worth to mention (eggs, cheese, butter, panettone, milk, cereals, honey, etc.) and also coffee is very good.A plus was the gesture of Andrea to allow us to leave the luggage for some hours, in order to freely stroll around the city! GRAZIE MILLE, ANDREA!
  : Hard to complain about anything. Only a small suggestion: for guests arriving very late (as we did), 1 bottle of water in the room would be truly helpful...
