  : Check was done smoothly without meeting anyone, which is interesting. The place has a lot of charm, and there also a common area with a handy self-service bar. The bed was comfortable. Location is top.
  : Lack of a chilling area in the room: the two sofas are stylish, but uncomfortable.

  : Excellent location for a city vacation. The property was functional and clean.
  : In our case, as we stayed a week there could have been more than one roll of toilet paper. Also the kitchen had a bunch of equipment like a sandwich maker for hot sandwiches, but no cutting board and no strainer. Talked to the manager as we left and he said we should have said something during our stay, but we primarily used the kitchen in the evenings and the reception were not staffed at that time and in the mornings it wasn't important I guess.

  : The conditions of this room is really bad. The paint from the ceiling is falling. I have some plaster on my bed. There are some stains on the wall; not sure if this is fungus or just leakage.When you open a balcony, please keep in mind cats which are coming to your room. This place is not suitable for people with cats allergys.When you book a room, you need to indicate bedding arrangements. It was not mentioned on the website, and owner contacted us less than 24h upfront. We were already travelling without internet access. I traveled with 2 girls, booked a room with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and sofa. We ended up sleeping together on double bed.

  : In the heart of the city, very welcoming hosts, beautiful terrace
  : Kitchen is not well equipped, most of the plates and glasses had to be cleaned before use. Plenty of mosquitoes on the walls and no fly screens on the windows. Apartment could be maintained better for the price.

  : There was no breakfast at Casa d'Aria. The top local breakfast recommendation was not open on Saturday morning- that was strange.
  : The Casa d'Aria apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our trip until the very end. Given that the elevator is so unique, I would recommend that you provide more detailed and clear instructions to your guests about how to use it, and what they should do if they get stuck in it. It would also be important to have a number people can call to reach someone in your business during an emergency. There were no Casa d'Aria staff on site the whole time we were there. All of our communication was by phone or texting on What's App. One other thing to note, Casa d'Aria uses a heavily fragranced room freshener. It was too much fragrance. There are doors that can open that let in fresh air. The fragrance was terrible and too much and it would be easy to get rid of this.

  : The location was perfect. The house was interesting and the staff very friendly and available.

  : The property is perfect for a few nights stay. Close to the centre but it doesnt get too loud at night. The place was nice and clean (except for the rug) and had a great roof terrace. Very helpful staff - my mum had an issue with her leg and couldnt climb the stairs to the bed so they made her bed downstairs on the sofa very quickly. Theres a coffee machine and water fridge in the hall which is very convenient (the only minus is that it isnt open 24h so when we were leaving before 8am we couldnt make a coffee. There are plenty nice restaurants and cafe near the place. The host is very friendly.
  : The rug was a little dirty and the steps to the mezzanine and the roof terrace are quite steep.
