  : The location was beautiful and convenient.
  : The elaborate kiosk based check-in procedure after arrival was tiring. Taking a caution deposit is not a good idea. It projects an unfriendly image of the host.

  : Great size. Washing machine with washing powder a very nice extra. We also got a welcome bottle of wine. Friendly helpful staff. Happy to mind bags if checking in early or after checkout.
  : The mattress was a bit firm but not a big issue. The restaurants are close by which makes it a bit noisey at night.

  : Location was ok and safe. Apartment was clean.
  : Air conditioning didn't work one day, hot water heater didn't work the last evening and morning, no help outside of reception hours, bed was hard and had a plastic liner on it which made us sweat (we are not babies or dogs who need a pee pad), towels smelled stale, a couple of coffee pods would have been nice the first morning instead there was champagne in the refrigerator. The response from Wello basically blamed us for "blocking the thermostat." We did no such thing. Yes, the manager did respond by text, but it didn't help anything. Nothing got fixed in a timely manner because it was the weekend or evening. And there was no refund or real apology issued by Wello. And we don't drink champagne! All I'm asking is that you admit things weren't the best and make it right, Instead you shift blame to us and tell us it wasn't that bad. That's terrible customer service all the way around.

  : Location was on a pedestrian street lined with beautiful trees, cafes, restaurants, and shops, and close to Casa Batillo. It had 2 small balconies, and reception staff was extremely helpful. It was clean and modern. Appliances were good, furniture was comfortable.
  : Could have used more cookware, and saut pans were well used.

  : The apartment is very spacious. We were able to use the kitchen to make meals and it was handy to have a clothes rack to wash and dry clothes.
  : The bed is not comfortable and there is quite a lot of outside noise over night on a weekend
