Weflating Modern Diagonal

Very Poor

: We paid in advance our staying in this apartment. The first moment we arrived we were asked to give a 200 euros deposit, like a guarantee, in case we break something in the room. Those money were supposed to be given back in a couple of days after we leave. Little we knew that this was a fraud and that our money are still in their hands till now. Of course now the only thing is left is to sent them a lawsuit. They think they are going to get away with stealing money but not with me.

: Location was great, easy to walk to Sagrada. Also size of the flat is good.
: No vacum cleaner, if you are staying longer you cannot clean properly with what is available in the flat. I had to buy things to clean myself. Also sponge for cleanint that was available was pre used…We also waited for 30mins to check in even though we provided flights prior to arrival.Sink is so old it should be replaced. At the same time when we were checking out new people were checking in…

: The main advantage of this appartments is a proximity to Sagrada, as well to subway and to other public transport.Usually it takes about 15 min to get Catalunya sq on bus.In apps you will find all required kitchen appliences
: The windows of the apartment overlook a busy street with heavy traffic. In addition, during our stay there were some constraction works just infront if our windows, so we couldn't open it.The appartments itself needs a renovation. Unlike the photos of the room, there were not a carpet but the scratched floor. The administrator quite friendly but the employee who met us to give us the key required from us a deposit 200 eur in very unfriendly way. No deposit - then just go...I called to administrator and resolved it but be aware about deposit issue and agree it with the admins in advance.

: The apartment is very spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom wins an extra point for the shower which was very large and comfortable. The room is in an excellent position, 5 min walk to Sagrada Familia and near two metro exits, and offers a nice view thanks to its huge windows. Finally the client service ( which we were able to talk with via whattsapp) was always available and kind. All in all we had a great stay and I would recommend.
: The apartment had some minor damage on walls and doors and the bidet in the batroom isnt fixed to the floor so it isnt very stable. But honestly none of this was something to be bothered about.

Disappointing

: The apartment was OK but it wasn't the one it was confirmed
: Although I had informed the organisation about my late arrival and I was asked to pay 50£ excl. VAT when I arrived at the time that I had informed them about I had to wait outside, on the street for someone to come and open the apartment. This is not a good service especially when I was asked to pay for it.
