  : It was really easy to get in to the flat by remote control bed was comfy shower was hot and sufficient for 5 people location was great, walking distance to major attractions
  : facilities were a bit old. Better cleaning required (sofa was a bit dirty) Although check in was fairly quick. but after check out it was really difficult to contact them. I left luggage in the flat at 9 am, trying to contact office and the guy who let us in for 1 hour and half and nobody answered. I know its my own fault of leaving luggage, but still. This has caused me quite some trouble as I need to catch my flight had to ask a friend in Barcelona to get it for me. ps I finally got reply from their team at 12. 3 hours after.

  : Great service from the host, great area, good and a lot eat facilities both for breakfast as well as dinner

  : The chill out area with the sofa were nice, the general state of the facilities was good. The staff were lovely and very helpful, we were also allowed early check in which was super helpful.
  : The location is pretty out of the way for almost everything except the magic fountain, although there are cool bars in the area. The fact that theres a 300 deposit is pretty wild (is that common for Barcelona?). My main dismay is with the boiler. We couldnt get hot water when we first arrived. A technician was sent to the flat within 40 mins which was amazing, but he concluded there was nothing wrong with the boiler. There was hot water after his visit so we were happy, until the last night when there was no hot water at all and the boiler was flashing an F4 warning (not getting gas through according to google). It was a Sunday and their hotline wasnt being answered by anyone, which is fair enough to be honest, but it was really inconvenient nevertheless. The boiler magically fixed itself by Monday morning and we were able to shower before travelling, but its literally the third boiler thats been broken at a rental property during my travels this year and Im either the unluckiest person in the world, or they need to replace theirs.

  : The Asian lady came to save the situation was very nice and polite, Cozy apartment, near to train station.
  : Online staff will not let enter apartment untill you pay security deposit 350 and city taxes per person, even if you're in need of emergency toilet. Apartment was not clean and smelled like paint plus the solo chair in balcony was broken. Apartment has VERY THIN walls, I could literally hear everything from left, below and above apartments!! Specially the one below, their washing machine never stops! Now I checked out, sent a confirmation and no one is replying from staff!! Really disappointing stay in Barcelona!!

  : - theres an elevator.- many groceries nearby.- not far from the airport.
  : - no A/C in the rooms.- only one A/C and its in the kitchen, it was leaking a water in the first day on arrival, but the maintenance team fix it in the next day.- the heater need to switch off/on every time so the water get warm.- need a new furnitures.

  : The room is big enough for 2-3 people and the bed is comfy with heaters in both rooms.
  : The checking-in process took some time and i was worried if i cannot be in contact with the customer service by whatsapp coz it was late arrival - but it turned out to be all ok and i solved the front door issue the other day coz i forgot my booking were 2 nights instead of just one. I was not good at using the Nesspresso machine and the TV was never working - i suggest maybe an easy instruction or SOP to guide the users to connect the TV with correct settings could save me a great deal of time as i worried to make any damages of any electronic device im not familiar with.........
