  : 'though not a terribly quiet location, it is at the end of La Rambla's busy section, so quieter than further up the street, and still close enough that you feel right in the best place to be, if you're a tourist looking to "experience" Barcelona. The location couldn't have been better! The bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in both living room and bedroom. Was great to have a washing machine, and they provided instructions for it (in English!), a drying rack, and a couple of soap pods for washing which was very much appreciated. Ample dishes to do some cooking in the unit; salt, pepper, and olive oil provided.
  : The safe wasn't working and took three days to fix, leaving us to carry our valuables with us for 3 days. I thought a refund/rebate/offer of some sort would have been appropriate given the inconvenience. The couch in the living room, likely a sofa-bed, is not very comfortable, and looks onto a TV that is too low, and precariously balanced on an old remote control. Good thing we weren't there to watch TV! It was expected that guests would take their garbage/rubbish out to the street and deposit it into the street bins before leaving. There was no direction on how to get to the street bins, and there were none in front of the building. I think it's too much to ask of guests to do that. The bathroom needed some significant touch-ups. Paint was peeling everywhere in the bathroom/shower/tub area, and it made it feel unkept. There was insufficient hooks in the bathroom, so you could hang your hand towel, but not your shower towels, and no space for setting down a toiletry bag.

  : - the apartment is great located- a lot of restaurants and bars in the area- the beds were comfortable- it was clean
  : - the furniture was partly broken- the terrace does not look like in the pictures at all. No table, broken chairs, not very nice- no kitchen towels - a lot of kitchen stuff should just be exchanged with new one

  : We arrived at 8am on the cruise ship, I asked for early check out or at least place to store our luggage, but they just email it's no possible.. the room was very expensive, I though for sure I'm paying for room with terrace and view, but there was NO terrace and no view and that was very disappointing for us, as was my bday and we just want to have nice place with outside space , the same how was the picture of the terrace on the www. The only good thing was the location... apartment was also very very small and 4 towels for 3 nights...
