  : Location is excellent. We chose this place so we could prepare some food. The kitchen was not well stocked and the host did provide some things we asked for, but you shouldn't have to ask for a egg flip/spatula.
  : A bit disappointed with Barcelona itself, but the accommodation is great!

  : Quiet neighbourhood, 15 mins walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Sagrada Familia.. Buses from C/San Joan 10 mins away go to Parc Guell to the north and the beach to the south. Lots of Chinese shops and restaurants in this area but walking distance from more Spanish/Catalan areas. Building is secure and lift worked most of the time (out of order once, five floors up!). Mercadona around the corner for supplies. We were able to leave our suitcase at another location near Plaza de Catalunya on the last day until we took bus to airport.
  : Apartment had everything except stuff to wash up with! Luckily we did not do any cooking. But host said to just leave everything in the dishwasher on departure.

  : Coffee shop across the street.
  : Safe was broken. Asked management to repair, received no response. Bathroom was not clean. Window lock was broken. Overall the apartment was very worn.. floor was lifting, bathroom obviously had been flooded a number of times Showerhead was plugged. Not in a very nice area of Barcelona and quite far from the sights. Cost if the apartment was extremely expensive for the quality of the apartment. More expense than a four star booking we have elsewhere. I would not book this apartment.
