  : The location was perfect! Easy access. Good bathroom tissue. The staff lady's very kind and everything was explained well and clearly.They kept our luggage after checkout so we could walk around before our departure.
  : Shower water temperature kept going hot/ cold without warning even when the tap wasn't touched at all: step in, step out, step in... There was black mold on the shower ceiling. Neighbours' "activities" loud and clear.Mattress likely from last century, squashed and lumpy, right around the lumbar section,too.. The view (which was irrelevant to us) was of the inside court with pipes, a/c units and laundry.

  : Very good location, no doubt a good place to hang around in Placa Reial. It has clean towels and room, a functioning shower and comfortable stay. Very kind people
  : There is not much facilities like fridge, common kitchen, coffee dispenser, hot/cold drinks/snack dispenser, at least to make one's stay feeling like home! For its price, I think clients deserved better facilities.

  : It was unclean. That was the biggest thing, unclean room, blankets, bathrooms and the furniture in the room was too big and useless.

  : A. It's a great location; at least 20 restaurants are within a 2 minute walkB. Metro station is a 2 minute walkC. Our balcony view included view of about 10 restaurants and an occasional market at our plaza.D. Las Ramblas is just a 2 minute walk; this is the best tourist area.E. A huge market with 50+ vendors is a couple minute walk.F. Our room was directly over a restaurant.
  : 1. The shower's Hot water occasionally became cold, then too hot2. No hot water option at the sink3. No coffee or breakfast in the hotel...no in room coffee!4. The front desk was just a 2 or 3 steps from our door... so voices or the ringing telephone was heard quite plainly and often 5. The elevator was off at night6. The two person bed had just one large pillow7. We had he tiniest bar of soap and tiny bottles of body wash ever seen.8. Hand colored signs were posted to assist guests.9. Multiple light bulbs were burned out... several did work, however.10. The subtle rumble of a metro subway could be felt night and day. (This wasn't really a problem).11. The 3 chairs were old, worn, and non-matching

  : The hotel is in a great location - the Plaza Real on one side, the Rambla on the other side. Simply superb. Close to the Metro Station, walking distance to the zoo and shops, just great!

  : Sometimes water temperature in the shower was suddenly changing from hot to cold.
