  : Having to pick up the keys in a separate location from the apartment was a bit of an inconvenience.

  : Its been more than 3 weeks now and I `m still waiting to get my refund of 200Euro back ! I ve texted them on WhatsApp and also here on booking, But they did Not Even answer. Thats just disgusting

  : Could have had a parking space and a smaller cleaning fee (was 75e for 4 nights, although we cleaned everything ourselves). Also, we had to pay an extra 100e for a friend guest (although the apartment has 3 rooms, and we were 4 guest in total, including a child)

  : great location near sagrada familia and metro. la terraza is the saving grace of the apartment. plenty of seating even though youre not allowed to have any guests, but nice to read and eat outside. you can even see a little bit of the cathedral. the area is relatively quiet.
  : Having to pick up the keys at a separate location is annoying, especially carrying luggage. the metro is about the same time as walking (22 min). also the first time Ive had to pay a tourist tax (Im a Spanish citizen and have been several times to bcn). must be a new thing. I feel like theyre trying to squeeze every cent they can and I didnt really feel protected as a client. you have to pay 200 for a deposit and if you get a noise complaint you lose it. how do I know they just wont lie? just felt really uncomfortable. The checkin is pretty late (3pm) and even then it wasnt ready until 3:18. not sure why they ask what time youre coming in if it doesnt really matter. they said that we could leave our luggage possibly sooner but by then it was 2:30 so we just waited. we saw the one cleaning lady come in around 2:15 so I wouldnt necessarily call that a team (cleaning fee 70+), not to mention that you have to wash all the dishes and take the trash out to the containers below. Most places just make you leave it out. The walls are dirty, the shower curtain should be changed (bottom is gross). All of furniture is broken (again 200 deposit for what? So they can claim I broke something thats already broken?) I took pictures just to make sure. The fence in the terrace is broken. You cant close the blinds in the main room so the light from the stairway shines in. All the blinds are in shabby shape anyway. The light in the bathroom takes some tries before turning on. Cant have any guests (Im fine with no parties, but not even able to have a friend over? Whats the point of having all of that furniture?) There is a water leak on the ceiling in the main room. There are lights next to the bed but you cant even plug them in because there are no sockets so pointless.
