  : Great location along the upscale shopping area of Passeig de Gracia, though quiet & private. Comfortable shared common lounge & dining areas. Would definitely stay here again.

  : When we arrived we were greeted by Manuel. He was very helpful and went beyond our expectations. He scheduled our taxis, helped us with trips and wrote everything out for the rest of staff so that nothing would be missed. We were saddened to learn that the other staff ignored everything he wrote up. I had an incident whereby my finger was wedged in the entrance door causing profuse bleeding. The main desk attendant, Jennifer, had no first aid kit so this was a bit of a problem. I had previously stayed at this place in 2015 and had a wonderful experience. I was saddened when I arrived to learn this was under new management and was nothing like I remembered. The prices were very expensive. Our room was nothing special for the exorbitant price we paid. Manuel made our first 2 days exceptional. Sadly we were not treated the same after that.

  : We have been given a room without a window. And the website said that the rooms are sound proof, however there was a construction going above our room, and the noice from the reception was unbearable.

  : Nice hotel, very helpful staff - central location.
  : Our room (and total feel of hotel) were not up to our expectations. We left after one night and booked elsewhere. The room was too spartan (no rugs, no live) - very sterile (although not really clean), cold and too 'nordic'. We also did not like our room (on the main street) with the bathtub right at the window. Really an odd design aesthetic. As we were on the second floor - everyone on the main street (one of the busiest in all of Barcelona) could look right up and into our room. We checked ourselves. The only way for privacy was to completely lower the shades - which eliminated any light. We'd highly recommend top down/bottom up shades for this room (and guest privacy/comfort)
