  : Great location and lovely staff. Clean room and shaded bathroom! It didnt feel too busy in the hostel and we were able to use the shared bathrooms without waiting really which was pleasant. When I reported the mould in our room to the staff, they did try and clean it off a bit which was very hospitable of them and appreciated. The beds/pillows were not the most comfortable ever but good enough for a hostel! The shared bathroom was clean and shower had a great pressure so it was very pleasant. Some things look a bit worn/rusty in the bathroom and like they need replacing. I suppose for the price and being in central Barcelona, it was worth in but next time I think Id pay a little more for more comfort
  : It can be loud at times as its so central and walls seem thin, you seem to hear everything going on outside so we were woken up a few times. The biggest issue for me unfortunately was the mould around our air conditioner. The air con worked (slightly, not great) but I have allergen asthma which mould can trigger, so I woke up wheezing a few times and had to turn the air con off as I do not normally need an inhaler. Luckily I had some antihistamines with me that would calm my chest a bit. Either way, mould is a health hazard so looks like they need that taking care of, although I can appreciate it is very humid in the building. It wasnt a great nights sleep for two nights, but the last night I slept well. It is worth it for a value stay, but it needs a little work in some areas. Mainly my rating has dropped as I was uncomfortable with the cough/air con and lack of sleep because of some of the above things.

  : Rooms were clean, comfortable, convenient and decently priced during high season.
  : Having only one key to access the room was tricky with three of us doing different things during our stay. We opted for this hostel because the price was reasonable compared to more traditional hotels in the area which were much higher priced; double and triple the cost. The room accommodated three and had it's own bathroom. However, the bathroom door would not fully close so it was awkward. Fortunately, the shared bath was just outside the door so it was convenient to use that one as well.

  : Location is very good, just few meters from Placa de Catalunya and La Ramblas. Personel is nice, there is 3 bathrooms for all rooms, so we didnt have problem with it. By the reception there is water-mashine, guests can refill their bottles, coffee/tea, kettle, microwave
