  : Mario meet us at the apartment when we arrived. He was really nice and helpful. Location was really good, baker, supermarked, metro close to. Very clean.
  : The apartment was really cold due to no sunlight getting in. We used the heather but did not do anything. Toilet was really small, could not even sit without knees touching the wall. (I am not tall) No table on the terrass as shown on photos but anyway to small to sit there. Not a 180 double bed. No Oven.

  : the flat is really nice and spacious, location great and the host is super attentive, very helpful.

  : Mario responded very quickly to all and any requests. He was extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Any time I reached out to him he responded. He was at the property on time and very helpful.
  : The twin beds are not very comfortable. The bathroom is EXTREMLEY small. That should be noted in the property description.

  : The flat does not correspond to the parameters stated on booking, neither in terms of metre size, nor in terms of quality. The photos are misleading. The bathroom is tiny, one person can barely turn around. There is no locking of the door from the inside. There is no space for suitcases. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe, the door of which does not open all the way, because it rests on the bed. There is a chain with a lock on the other half of the wardrobe. In the second bedroom there is no a full bed, but just a mattress with a frame, and on one of them blows from the window so that it is very cold. There is no heating in this room. The bed linen and towels were once white, now they are grey. The furniture in general is very old

  : location is perfect. the space was clean and they provided essentials like dishes, pots, etc for longer stays also individually wrapped detergent/ clothes cleaning packets. body wash in the bathroom as well though I didnt use it so not sure how it is. but nice to have the option. They also had an Apple charger which came in clutch. Mario the property manager. He is an absolute gem and gentleman. Our check in was rough to say the least. between me messing up and ONLY looking on the booking app for the reservation not checking my email and missing important information from the host and them berating me for it. Which led to heated phone conversation by us both. To the confusing booking app check in time request ( I put in 3-4 and was told I it would be an extra 50 so I canceled) Mario pointed out they are on 24hrs not 12hr so I accidentally picked 3-4 am and not PM. Doh! He helped out so much and kept a cool head throughout it all as the front facing person. He went above and beyond in helping us find luggage storage and then helped me bring it back to the place when we could finally check in. On the day we checked out and the elevator was busted again he came in between his DOCTORS appointment to bring down our luggage if need but thankfully it started working again just in time. Hes truly an amazing person and his recommendations for Barcelona were also great.
  : the faulty elevator. This is a residential property and the host has no control over this. it did not work and delayed our check in by a couple of hours. it also stopped working the night before checking out until like 9am the next day. thankfully we left right afterwards. the apt is located on the 3rd or 4th floor(still not sure!) not the 2nd floor. floor numbering in Barcelona is weird and threw us off completely. this just meant this apt was higher than we thought which is cumbersome to those with limited mobility like myself and elderly people like my mom.the hostess was abrasive at first but we worked things out in the end (only had phone conversations not in person) If you follow the emailed instructions these interactions can be avoided. Ive never had to do this previously but noted for future bookings!not sure about the bed in the primary bedroom but the room with the twin beds needs better mattresses. my back hurt after the first night :( not a big deal but if youre a light sleeper the people or person above has a heavy foot. The first night they came in after 1:30am and I was startled. My mom in the other room did not hear it. so it depends on your sleep cycle. there was no noise the following night.

  : The location was great, it was the best feature really. There was a heater wich was good since we went in February and it can get quite cold. The kitchen was equipped but the coffee maker and tea maker looked extremely old. Loved that it had a washer, was very convenient. The host was excellent, informative, polite and answered very quickly.
  : The room was very dated, almost like you were staying at your grandparents house. It was spacious but a bit dusty and the bed was horribly uncomfortable!

  : The appartement is cosy and centrally located between several metro lines and busses. Close to Sagrada Familia (walking distance) the neighbourhood is quiet with lots of supermarkets, restaurants and great bakerys. There was even a gluten-free shop around the corner! It was clean, kitchen is small but convenient. I liked the feeling to be living for a couple of days in Barcelona. The owners were attentive and checked in with me on several times. Communication with Mario was easy.
  : There was nothing not to like. Although functional the bathroom is really small and for larger/bigger people it might be a bit of a challenge. However we managed to do so and had a great time.
