  : The staff insisted to close the window at night and we missed the oxygen, air fresh,so I must wait till the morning then I can go out to get oxygen and fresh air so I felt like I am in prison,the shower with cold water, 10 beds and 1wc inside the room,so was always busy,one of the staff was unfriend talking, wasn't kind at all,

  : Staff was lovely! The facilities were good.
  : Had to change sheets cause they were stained, could be a bit cleaner. Windows didnt open so the smell inside the room was not pleasant, very small place for so many people, glad there was only 3 of us inside, if it was full, it would be much worse.

  : I'm tall bed was too short for me:) but that standard with 200cm long bunk beds) It's a quiet location though. A bit far away from metro station but close to Guell park. And there are some amazing viewpoints nearby as per photo.
  : I disliked the noise other tourists made at night, but that's nothing to do with hostel.

  : The staff were very friendly. And the kitchen was fully functional.
  : Ive stayed in a lot of hostels and this one was just okay. I stayed in Dorm 3. The bunks and underbed storage are metal and make noise in the middle of the night. While you get clean top and bottom sheets, you need to make the bed and the blanket is not cleaned between uses. (I dont get why hostels use top sheets instead of duvet covers) The bathroom is en-suite so that if someone is showering, you dont have access to toilet or sink unless you go to reception. Also the bathroom had an overpowering floral fragrance that was almost worse than the humid bathroom smell. The shower also did not drain and was on a 30 sec timer. Oh and while there was a balcony, the staff keep the door locked so no fresh air or access. While the staff were friendly, they didnt have good suggestions for places to eat or favorite activities. The free breakfast was barely worth it. Day old croissants/bagels and auto coffee machinesad when just around every corner is another bakery and real espresso machine. Metro is actually quite a walk compared to other places, about 15 minutes min. In short, there are better options in Barcelona if you want a great experience but this hostel is clean and available if you have no other options.
