Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is extra charge for late check-out as follows:
-From 11:00 to 14:00: EUR 40;
-From 14:00 to 20:00: EUR 80.

Please note, cleaning takes place upon check out. For stays of more than 6 nights, the property offers 1 free cleaning service halfway through the stay.
